In Zellium we protect your information and your time. This policy explains what data we try to, for what, for how long, and how you can exercise your rights.

2. What data we try to
- Account: name, email, password (hash).
- Use of the app: food introduced, symptoms, habits, goals, history, analysis, and results generated by the IA.
- Technical: device identifiers, operating system version of the app, error logs, and performance measures.
- Payments: managed by the App Store or Google Play. does Not store card data.
- Communications: your interaction with emails and notifications (if enabled).
Note: the data on health are special categories according to the RGPD.
3. Purpose
- To provide the functionalities of analysis, nutritional, digestive, and “precision cell” of the app.
- Keep your record and synchronize your data between devices.
- To improve security, stability, and usability (for fault diagnosis, performance).
- Send notifications and reminders if you agree (you can turn it off in system Settings or the app).
- Manage billing and subscription through the App Store/Google Play.
- Comply with legal obligations applicable.
4. Legal basis (art. 6 and 9 RGPD)
- Execution of a contract (art. 6.1.(b): account creation, provision of the service.
- Consent (art. 6.1.a and 9.2.(a): registration and analysis of health data (food, symptoms, results); notifications; certain analytical. You can withdraw your consent at any time from the app or by writing to us.
- Legal obligation (art. 6.1.c): accounting, billing, and taxes.
- Legitimate interest (art. 6.1.f): safety and continuous improvement (minimizing the impact on your privacy).
5. Providers and recipients
We use providers acting as processors to operate the app, for example:
- Infrastructure/analytics: Google Firebase (authentication, database, crash reporting, metrics).
- Services of AI: OpenAI (generation of analysis from your posts).
- Distribution and payments: Apple App Store and Google Play (control the collection process).
All of them offer adequate guarantees of protection of data. We formalized contracts and standard Contractual Clauses when it is necessary.
6. International transfers
Some suppliers may process data outside of the EEA (e.g., EE. UU.). In those cases, we apply standard Contractual Clauses of the European Commission and additional security measures to protect your information.
7. Retention schedule
- Account and app content: as long as your account is active. If you close or remain inactive, we keep your data up to 24 months for possible reactivation, unless you ask prior to deletion.
- Logs technical: normally 12 months.
- Billing: 6 years for corporate regulations and tax in Spain.
When new data no longer necessary, so we suppress or anonimizamos.
8. Your rights
You can exercise: access, rectification, suppression, opposition, limitation, portability and withdrawal of consent.
You can also file a claim before the Spanish Agency of Protection of Data (www.aepd.es).
To exercise your rights: write to us at contact@zelliumlabs.com (or from the Support section in the app). We will respond within the statutory time limits.
9. Minor
The app is aimed at the age of 16 years. If you are between 13 and 16, you will need consent from whoever holds parental authority or guardianship according to the applicable local laws. If we find accounts that do not comply, the disable and delete the associated data.
10. Security
Apply measures technical and organizational means for protecting the information (encryption in transit and rest when applicable, access control, event logging, backups).
Still, no system is foolproof: use strong passwords, and keep your devices up to date.
11. IA and quality of the content
Zellium used models of artificial intelligence to generate custom analyses. Although it is designed to be useful, can produce errors or omissions. The information is educational and does not replace the advice of your doctor. In contrast, any decision that is relevant to a professional.
12. Advertising and data
Zellium is free of third-party advertising. we do Not sell your data. Only we use to provide and improve the app in accordance with this Policy.
13. Practical management of your privacy
- Edit or delete datafrom your profile in the app.
- Download/portability: request by email and we will provide you with an export.
- Delete account: available as an option on the app; you can also order it contact@zelliumlabs.com.
- Notifications: desactívalas in the Settings of the device or the app.
14. Changes in policy
We may update this Policy to reflect improvements, regulatory changes or new services. If the changes are substantial, we will notify you within the app or by e-mail before they come into force.
